My name is Nasmal, and I am a finance manager, legal consultant, entrepreneur—and above all, someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, financial precision, and legal clarity. With over 15 years of experience across the retail, software, and real estate industries, I’ve built a dynamic and fulfilling career based out of Dubai.
My professional journey began in India, where I earned my Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce (B.Com) and Law (LL.B), followed by a Master’s in Business. I also completed the Intermediate level in Chartered Accountancy (CA), which gave me a strong foundation in both finance and accounting. Early in my career, I worked as a lawyer and internal auditor, roles that sharpened my analytical thinking and attention to detail—skills I continue to rely on today.
After relocating to UAE, I expanded my portfolio, working as an internal auditor for several prominent companies. In this role, I focused on strengthening internal controls, enhancing compliance with regulatory standards, and driving financial transparency. These experiences allowed me to develop a deep understanding of business operations and risk management.
Over time, I ventured into entrepreneurship. I currently own and manage multiple retail shops as well as a software company. These ventures have taught me how to navigate market shifts, build efficient teams, and sustain long-term profitability.
One of the most rewarding areas I've invested in is real estate. My interest in the property market started as a side venture but quickly grew into a core part of my business activity. Leveraging my financial background, I assess property values, forecast ROI, and identify emerging trends in the market. I’ve successfully acquired and managed several residential and commercial properties in the UAE, with a focus on sustainable growth and long-term asset value.
Whether it’s advising clients on legal matters, improving a company’s financial health, or negotiating a real estate deal, I bring a commitment to excellence and strategic insight to everything I do.
